Fluid mixer operation guide

I. Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection:
Make sure that the mixer has been installed and debugged by professionals and the technical performance meets the standards.
Check all parts of the mixer, including the mixing arm, reducer lubricating oil, electric oil pump, etc., to ensure that there are no abnormalities.
Check whether the power supply is normal (generally 370V~400V), the camera, pneumatic components and pipelines are normal.
2. Material preparation:
Make sure that there is no material in the mixing tank and the material meets the process requirements.
II. Startup and operation
1. Start the equipment:
Turn on the mixer power switch to ensure the normal operation of the motor.
Select and install the appropriate stirring paddle according to the process requirements.
2. Add materials:
Pour the material to be mixed into the mixing barrel to control the concentration and amount of the material.
3. Adjust parameters:
Adjust the mixing speed and time according to the nature of the material and the purpose of mixing. The mixing speed is determined by parameters such as shaft power, paddle discharge, pressure head, paddle diameter and speed.
4. Monitor the mixing process:
Observe the mixing of materials to ensure that there is no abnormal sound or vibration.
III. Maintenance after operation
1. Stop the equipment:
After the mixing is completed, turn off the power switch on the mixer base first.
2. Clean the equipment:
Clean the mixing paddle, mixing tank and related parts to ensure that there is no residual material.
3. Equipment maintenance:
Regularly check and replace lubricating oil and maintain pneumatic parts.
IV. Precautions
1. Avoid idling: The mixer should avoid idling for a long time when there is no material.
2. Control the amount of material: Ensure that the amount of material in the mixing tank is appropriate, avoid too much or too little.
3. Regular maintenance: Regularly check the various parts of the mixer and replace the worn parts in time.
