Subsequently, the dispersion effect is replaced by the thermal synergy effect, and the dispersion machine will only waste time and energy. In addition, the increase in material temperature can cause damage to additives, evaporation loss or reduced efficiency. The solubility of the ionic wetting and dispersing agent in the aqueous solution increases with the increase of temperature, and the amount of adsorption on the solid-liquid interface decreases, thus affecting the use effect.

It is a better method to use jacketed containers and use cooling water in the jacket to cool the materials. It is also possible to use intermittent stirring, that is, when the slurry temperature rises to a certain value, stop stirring for a period of time, and then stir at high speed after the material is cooled, or use low speed stirring to fully pre-mix to obtain high-quality pigment agglomerate slurry , And can quickly disperse in a short time. The material temperature should not be too high during the dispersion operation.
