1. Equipment quality:
Material: The key components of the kneading machine, such as the stirring paddle and the cylinder, will have a longer service life if they are made of high-quality stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials. For example, the kneading machine made of 316L stainless steel has better corrosion resistance and wear resistance than ordinary carbon steel, which can effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
Manufacturing process: Advanced manufacturing process can ensure the accuracy and stability of the equipment, reduce the probability of failure, and thus extend the service life. For example, the kneading machine manufactured by precision casting and processing technology has higher dimensional accuracy and surface quality of its parts, and the operation of the equipment after assembly is more stable and reliable.
2. Frequency and intensity of use:
Frequency of use: If the kneading machine runs continuously for a long time, its wear rate will accelerate and its service life may be shortened. For example, in some large chemical production enterprises, the kneading machine may need to run 24 hours a day without interruption. In this case, the wear of the equipment will be more serious, and more frequent maintenance and maintenance are required to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life.
Production intensity: The nature and output of the materials processed by the kneading machine will also affect its service life. If high-viscosity and high-hardness materials are often processed, or the production tasks are heavy and the output is large, the wear of the equipment will be aggravated, and the service life may be shortened accordingly. For example, in rubber production, the kneading machine needs to process a large amount of rubber raw materials, and the viscosity of rubber is high, which causes great wear on the equipment's stirring paddles and transmission system and other parts. Regular inspection and replacement of wearing parts are required to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
3. Maintenance and maintenance:
Daily maintenance: Regular cleaning, lubrication, inspection and other daily maintenance work on the kneading machine can timely discover and solve problems, prevent faults from expanding, and extend the service life of the equipment. For example, after using the kneading machine every day, clean the material residues in the stirring paddle and cylinder in time to avoid corrosion caused by long-term attachment of materials to the equipment; regularly check the lubrication system of the equipment to ensure that all parts are well lubricated and reduce wear.
Regular maintenance: Comprehensive inspection, repair and maintenance of the equipment, replacement of severely worn parts, can keep the equipment in good operating condition and extend its service life. For example, the kneading machine should be overhauled once a year to check the wear of the stirring paddle, the accuracy of the transmission parts, the performance of the sealing device, etc., and corresponding repairs and replacements should be carried out according to the inspection results.
Correct operation: The correct operation of the operator is also crucial to the service life of the kneading machine. The operator should be familiar with the operating procedures of the equipment and operate according to the requirements to avoid equipment damage caused by misoperation. For example, when starting and stopping the equipment, the operation should be carried out in the correct order to avoid frequent emergency stops and starts causing impact on the equipment; during the feeding and discharging process, attention should be paid to controlling the flow and speed of the material to avoid excessive impact and wear on the equipment.
4. Working environment:
Temperature: If the kneading machine works in a high or low temperature environment, it will affect the performance and service life of the equipment. For example, in a high temperature environment, the lubricating oil of the equipment is easy to deteriorate, affecting the lubrication effect and accelerating the wear of the equipment; in a low temperature environment, some parts of the equipment may become brittle and prone to damage. Therefore, in a high temperature environment, a suitable lubricating oil should be selected and the heat dissipation measures of the equipment should be strengthened; in a low temperature environment, warming measures should be taken to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Humidity: A high humidity environment may cause the equipment to rust and corrode, shortening its service life. Therefore, in a humid environment, moisture-proof measures should be taken for the equipment, such as keeping the working environment ventilated and dry, and regularly treating the equipment with rust prevention.
Corrosive media: If there are corrosive media in the working environment, such as acids and alkalis, it will cause serious corrosion to the equipment and greatly shorten its service life. In this case, equipment materials with good corrosion resistance should be selected, and corresponding anti-corrosion measures should be taken, such as anti-corrosion coating treatment on the surface of the equipment, regular cleaning and anti-corrosion inspection of the equipment, etc.
