1. Disassembly and cleaning

4. Reassembly and debugging
Reassemble the parts: reassemble the cleaned and repaired or replaced parts to the three roll mill.
Debug the equipment: after reassembly, debug the equipment. Including checking the roller gap, adjusting the roller speed ratio, checking whether the cooling water flows smoothly, etc.
5. Test run and inspection
No-load test run: after completing the assembly and debugging, first perform a no-load test run to check whether the equipment is operating normally.
Check the operating status: during the test run, pay attention to check the operating status of the equipment, such as bearing temperature, roller surface abnormalities, etc.
6. Record and archive
Record maintenance: record the details of the overhaul, including the replaced parts, repair content, lubricant replacement, etc., for future reference.
