The filling and sealing machine is a machine often used in chemical daily necessities. Like other machines, our filling and sealing machine will also experience some failures during long-term use. So what are the recurring problems? How should we deal with it? If you want to know, come with me to find out.
Common problems with filling and sealing machines:
1: When the phenomenon on the left appears, it is usually caused by excessive temperature. At this time, you should check whether the actual temperature is the temperature required for normal operation of the hose of this specification. The actual temperature on the temperature display should be relatively stable from the set temperature (normal deviation range is between 1°C and 3°C).
2: If there is an ear on one side: first check whether the heating head is correctly placed in the heating head nest; then check the verticality of the heating head and the hose below. Another possible reason for the phenomenon of ears on one side is the two-piece tail clamp 3: the tail seal begins to crack from the middle of the hose. If this phenomenon occurs, the heating head is not large enough. Please replace it with a larger heating head. The criterion for judging the size of the heating head is to insert the heating head into the hose and then pull it out. You will feel a slight suction when pulling it out.
4: "Eyebags" appear under the explosion-proof line of the tail seal: This situation occurs because the height of the air outlet of the heating head is incorrect, and it can be adjusted as follows.
5: The hose is cut and dented in the middle of the tail: This problem is usually caused by the wrong size of the tube cup.
Problems all occur for a reason, and if you find the reason, you will be able to solve the problem. This is a cyclic process. When the above faults occur in the filling and sealing machine, you can follow the above methods. Operate and see if it has any effect.
