The discharging method of kneading machine adopts hydraulic flap discharging. The transmission system is composed of a motor, a reducer and gears, and the motor is matched according to the model of the kneading pot of the kneading machine. During the transmission process, the motor can synchronize the speed, and after passing through the elastic coupling to the reducer, the output device can drive the fast pulp to reach the specified speed, and the speed can also be adjusted by the frequency converter.
