1. Faults related to the agitator shaft
1. The agitator shaft does not move
Check the flat key connection
First, cut off the power supply to ensure safe operation. Open the equipment housing or protective device and check the flat key between the pulley and the agitator shaft. If the flat key falls off or is damaged, it needs to be reinstalled or replaced. When installing, make sure that the flat key fits tightly with the keyway and is installed in place.
Check the tension of the V-belt
Observe the tightness of the V-belt. If the V-belt is too loose, you can increase the tension of the V-belt by adjusting the position of the motor base. When adjusting, make sure that the tension of the V-belt on both sides is uniform to avoid one side being too tight or too loose.
Check for foreign matter stuck
Check whether there is any foreign matter around the agitator shaft. If so, carefully remove the foreign matter. For stuck caused by material residue, you can try to pry the agitator shaft gently with a tool to loosen it, but be careful not to damage the agitator shaft and other parts.
2. Abnormal agitator shaft speed
Check the motor speed
Use a tachometer to measure the actual speed of the motor. If the motor speed is unstable or lower than the rated speed, check whether the power supply of the motor is normal, including whether the voltage is stable, whether the power cord is damaged or has poor contact, etc. If the internal winding of the motor fails, professional maintenance personnel may be required to inspect or replace the motor.
Check the transmission parts
Check the transmission parts such as couplings and gears. If the coupling is worn, the coupling can be replaced; if the gear is worn or damaged, the corresponding gear needs to be replaced. When checking, pay attention to the matching accuracy and lubrication of the transmission parts.
2. Equipment vibration failure
1. Check the motor
If it is suspected that the vibration is caused by the quality problem of the motor, run the motor alone (if it is safe, disconnect it from other parts) and observe the vibration of the motor when it is running. If the motor itself vibrates greatly, check whether the anchor bolts of the motor are tightened and whether the rotor of the motor is balanced. If necessary, repair or replace the motor.
2. Check the material in the mixing tank
Check whether there is too little dispersion medium in the mixing tank. If so, add material in an appropriate amount so that there is enough material in the mixing tank to balance it. At the same time, pay attention to the amount of material added to meet the operating requirements of the equipment.
3. Check the hydraulic cylinder block
Check whether the gravity point of the hydraulic cylinder block is in the center of the entire transmission box. If it is not in the center, the equipment structure needs to be adjusted so that the gravity point is in the center. This may require professional equipment maintenance personnel to operate according to the specific structure of the equipment.
III. Seal failure
1. Check the wear of seals
Regularly check seals, such as bearing seat oil seals, etc. If the seals are found to have signs of wear, scratches or aging, they need to be replaced. When replacing seals, choose seals that match the equipment model and install them according to the correct installation method.
2. Check the amount of lubricating oil
Check whether the oil level of the lubricating oil is too high. If it is, properly release the excess lubricating oil to keep the oil level within the normal range. At the same time, pay attention to adding lubricating oil according to the prescribed amount in future use.
