Stirring Equipment Sampling Inspection Standard
1. Air circuit system: The oil level of the crankcase of the air pump should be within the range indicated by the oil window. The movement of each air valve cylinder should be flexible. There is no air leakage at the useful pipes and joints, and the damaged parts should be repaired in time. The water in the oil-water separator and the air storage tank should be drained every day, and the oil atomizer should have enough oil.
2. Waterway system: the water supply valve is in good condition, and the fault is eliminated in time.
3. Transmission system: V-belt tension, chain tightness, coupling joint distance are normal.
4. Mixing system: Whether the mixing blades, door side panels, liners, and mixing arms are short or damaged. Whether there is any remaining material in the mixer, if any, it should be cleaned up in time.
5. Smoothing system: Add enough smoothing grease to each grease nipple, focusing on the shaft head seal. Check the oil level in each case and add enough lubricating grease.
6. All foot screws, double-ended adjustment screws and fixing bolts must not be loose or short.
