In order to make the circulation good, there is generally no baffle plate in the stirring container, and there should be no dead angle, so the dish-shaped bottom is better.
Generally, the impeller of the high-speed disperser should be placed in the center of the stirring vessel, because from a purely mechanical point of view, the shaft offset operation will bring additional load to the shaft and increase power consumption, but from the perspective of chemical technology See, the proper offset of the shaft is a good thing, it is beneficial to improve the dispersion efficiency, it can also prevent the liquid from swirl, reduce the vortex depth, and improve the circulation effect. The distance of the shaft offset should not be too large, generally not more than 2 times the diameter of the shaft, as long as the operation is not affected.
