When we use the sander, the new beads will break. what is the reason? In fact, there are many factors that cause the sander to break the beads. let us see.
1. The contact parts inside the sand mill are not installed correctly. The dispersion disc is loose or the edge of the dispersion disc has sharp corners, there are foreign objects inside the sand mill, and the inside of the valve is loose. These conditions may cause the beads to break.
2. The contact parts of the sand mill are worn or the dynamic separator installed or the screen is worn, the screen is broken or the reverse installation will cause the grinding medium to enter the feed pump through the separator, causing the pump to crush the beads before it is blocked or shut down.
3. When the feed pump is off, the residual pressure in the mill presses the beads into the pump, so when the pump starts up again, it crushes the beads. One-way valves are not always reliable and sometimes allow beads to pass through before the valve closes.
4. Grinding beads accumulate at the bottom of the sand mill. The excessive speed of the working pump will cause the grinding beads to concentrate at the outlet of the horizontal grinder, causing the grinding beads to break. The "on-off-on-off" jog mode starts the sand mill and loosens the backlog of grinding beads, which will not happen. These four reasons are the main reasons for broken beads. As for how to judge and solve them, I will tell you next time and remember to come back and check.
